Welcome to Charlie's Design. By accessing or using our website (www.charlies-design.com), placing an order online or at our Bangkok showroom, or communicating with us via WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API) or other channels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Bespoke Tailoring & Custom Orders

All garments crafted by Charlie's Design—including suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, tuxedos, and ladies' attire—are custom-made to your individual fabric selection, style specifications, and body measurements.

  • Measurements: For online orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements in accordance with our measurement guide, or referencing an existing measurement profile on file with us.
  • Minimum Orders: Unless ordered alongside a suit, a minimum order of three (3) shirts or trousers (in any combination) applies to custom orders.
  • Fabric Availability: While we stock over 1,500 premium fabrics, all orders are subject to material availability. If a selected fabric is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an equivalent alternative.

2. Pricing, Payment & Shipping

  • Once an online customization request or order is submitted, our team will review your specifications and send an order confirmation with payment instructions and applicable international shipping charges.
  • Production commences upon confirmation of your order and receipt of the required payment.
  • Orders are typically delivered within two (2) weeks after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures. Any import duties or local taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Fittings, Alterations & Returns

Because bespoke garments are individually cut and tailored to your unique measurements and personal styling choices, custom-made items cannot be returned for a standard refund once fabric cutting and production have begun. However, your satisfaction and a perfect fit are our highest priorities. If any adjustments or alterations are needed, please contact us or visit our Bangkok showroom so we can assist you.

4. WhatsApp & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number or messaging us on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or email, you consent to receive transactional messages, appointment confirmations, fitting reminders, and order updates from Charlie's Design via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) and email. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, lookbooks, fabric catalog photographs, and design layouts, is the property of Charlie's Design and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
