At Charlie's Design, we respect your right to control your personal information. In compliance with Meta Platform Terms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Facebook, and Instagram), the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and global privacy regulations (such as GDPR), this page provides clear instructions on how you can request the complete deletion of your personal data from our records.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize the following data associated with your profile:

  • Your contact details (name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, and shipping address).
  • Your WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud API), Facebook, or Instagram chat history and inquiry logs stored in our customer communication system.
  • Your saved body measurements, sizing profiles, and paper patterns kept on file for future orders.

Note: Certain transaction invoices or accounting records may be retained strictly for the period required by applicable tax and commercial laws in Thailand.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request through any of the following methods:

  1. By Email: Send an email to charliesdesign@yahoo.com or weborders@charlies-design.com with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request". Please include your full name and the phone number or email address associated with your orders or WhatsApp messages.
  2. Via WhatsApp: Send a message directly to our official WhatsApp number (+66 81 724 1234) stating "DELETE MY DATA" from the phone number you wish to have removed.
  3. Via Our Online Form: Submit a deletion request through our Contact Us page by entering your name, email/phone number, and stating that you want your personal data deleted.

3. Verification & Processing Timeline

  • Verification: To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion of your tailoring records, we may verify that the request originates from the email address or phone number associated with your account.
  • Completion Time: Once verified, we will process your request and permanently remove your personal data within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a final confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once the deletion is complete.

4. Revoking Meta / Facebook App Permissions (If Applicable)

If you interacted with any of our connected Meta/Facebook applications, you can also remove permissions directly from your Facebook account settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Select our application (if listed) and click Remove.
